Bruschetta Chicken Pasta Salad Recipe

1 lb thin spaghetti, cooked
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
cup olive oil
2 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp red onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
8 roma tomatoes, diced
cup grated parmesan
2 tbsp finely chopped fresh basil or parsley

1. While pasta is boiling, season chicken with herbs, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Heat 1 tsp oil in skillet and sear chicken until fully cooked, remove chicken and set aside
2. Add remaining olive oil and saute garlic and onion about 1 minute. Turn off heat
3. Add in tomatoes, toss lightly to warm them and dump mixture on pasta
4. Mix in vinegar, cheese and basil. Season with salt and pepper. Slice and add chicken
