Loaf:
1 ½ lbs ground beef ( or beef/pork/veal mixture)
1 c. bread crumbs ( 2 pieces white toast) or soak white bread in milk
1 ½ tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 egg
1 med onion chopped
½ can hunts tomato sauce

Sauce:
½ can hunts tomato sauce
2 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp vinegar
1 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º

Combine Loaf ingredients and shape in rectangle in casserole dish slightly larger than loaf
Combine sauce and pour over loaf.
Bake 350º for 1½ hours
