I can dark sweet cherries, not pie or pie filling, can get them in lighter color as well, drained, can also use fresh ones if nice and ripe and sweet. And you donít mind all that pitting,
I 20 oz can of pineapple, drained
2 or 3 bananas cut in small pieces slice and then cut two more times for small chunks
1 16 oz container of sour cream or may use plain yogurt for a little healthier
I/2 to 3/4 cup sugar.
I tsp vanilla
Food coloring if you want a particular color, my children liked purple

Mix together sour cream, sugar and vanilla . Stir in fruit. Spoon into cupcake lined muffin tins or you can use those new silicone ones. Freeze on a cookie sheet and then can be put in zip lock bags for freezer to take out a few at a time. Take out 20 minutes or so before serving.
