1½ cups chopped red pepper
1 cup yellow peppers, chopped
1¼ cups green peppers, chopped
¼ cup Jalepeno peppers chopped
1 cup apple cider vinegar
5 cups sugar
1 box sur-jell
Directions:
Directions:
Bring peppers, vinegar to boil.
Add 5 cups sugar, and sure-jell bring to rolling boil.
Boil 1 more minute.
Ladle into small jars, seal, and let set till cool.
