For the Topping:
3 T Melted Butter
3/4 C Brown Sugar, packed
3 T Flour
1 t Cinnamon
1 C Chopped Nuts

For the Cake:
2/3 C Butter
1 C Granulated Sugar
1/2 C Brown Sugar, packed
2 Eggs
2 C Flour
1 t Baking Powder
1 t Baking Soda
1 t Cinnamon
1/2 t Salt and 1 C Buttermilk

Grease a 9 x 13 baking pan, set aside.
Prepare topping, set aside.

For the Cake-
In a large bowl, cream together butter, sugar, and brown sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, blending well after adding each. In a separate bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.Add alternately, with buttermilk to creamed mixture. Pour half of batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle batter with half of topping mixture. Pour remaining batter on top. Top with remaining topping. Cover and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 - 35 minutes. Serve warm.

To make lemon juice - Add two teaspoons lemon juice or vinegar to 1 cup of milk.
