1 Package Yellow Cake Mix (2-Layer Size)
1 Package 3.4 oz Instant Vanilla Pudding
4 Eggs
⅔ Cup Water
½ Cup Oil
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
½ Cup Sour Cream
1 Pound Granny Smith Apples, Peeled and Coarsely Chopped

Topping
2 Tablespoons Sour Cream
¾ Cup Powdered Sugar
1 Teaspoon Water

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350º F. Spray 10" tube pan with non-stick baking spray (Bundt pan).
2. Mix first 7 ingredients until well blended.
3. Stir in apples.
4. Pour into pan and bake for 60-65 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
5. Cool for 15 minutes.Invert and remove from pan. Cool completely.
6. Whisk water, sour cream and sugar until blended. Drizzle over cake. Let stand until glaze is firm.
