Beef Chuck Roast 3 to 5 lbs
I envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets
onion Soup Mix

Directions:
Directions:
3 to 4 Quart Cast Iron Dutch Oven

Rinse roast and dry with paper towel.
Lay roast flat on bottom of Dutch Oven, cover with Onion Soup Mix.
Cover with lid. Place Dutch oven on
Burner, turn on medium low. Cook for
Approximately 1.1/2 hour or until tender,and liquid has mostly absorbed
and has formed the look of a dark
Gravy. In a bowl mix ,three heaping
tablespoons flour, with water until well
Blended, add 3 to 4 cups of water, pour over roast, bring to a boil. Add
Vegetables if desired, or serve over rice.
