2 cups sugar
1 cup water
¾ cup white corn syrup
1½ cups raw peanuts
pinch of salt
1 tsp soda
1 tsp vanilla
heaping tsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Boil to hard ball, after stirring until it is dissolved. Put in a pinch of salt and 1½ cups peanuts. Then cook until it turns a light yellow (10-15 minutes). Take off the stove. Add soda, vanilla, and butter. This will foam. At this time you can add coconut if preferred. Pour out on greased cookies sheer. Let harden and break.
