Ingredients:  
Grease sides and bottom of 9x13 pan with Oleo. Put 5 cups of chopped rhubarb in pan, cook cup cornstarch, 3 tsp cinnamon, 1 cup sugar until thick and clear. Pour over rhubarb. Sprinkle with Jiffy yellow cake mix on top of rhubarb. Dot with Oleo. Sprinkle with cup coconut over the top. Bake at 375 40-45 minutes.
