4 Cups old fashioned rolled oats
1 Cup Bran Chexs
! Cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1 Cup chopped walnuts
½ Cup sliced Almonds
½ Cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp salt
½ Cup Honey
½ Cup canola oil plus additional for greasing cookie sheet
2 Tbsp 2% milk
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Lightly oil large rimmed cookie sheet. Combine oats, bran chex, coconut, walnuts,almonds, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt in large bowl, stir well. Stir honey, oil. milk and vanilla in a small saucepan over low heat until mixture fizzes around the edge of the pan. Pour over oat mixture and stir well. Spread on prepared sheet pan. Bake for about 25 minutes, until lightly brown, stirring often. Remove from oven, place on wire rack, cool at room temperature for 1½ hours. Break up and store in large container at room temperature for up to 1 month.
