Ingredients:  
1-2 c. water
1 head broccoli, chopped into bite size
2 c. milk
2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
2 cubes of chicken bouillon or similar chicken stock concentrate
˝ c. flour
1 c. half & half

Directions:
Directions:
Steam broccoli until al denté. Do not drain water. Add flour to grated cheese to coat. Add milk and bouillon to broccoli with water. Slowly add cheese to melt and thicken. Blend in half & half. Season to taste with salt & pepper.
