1/2 c brown sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 c flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
11/2 tsp salt

THOROUGHLY CREAM BUTTER, PEANUT BUTTER, SUGARS, EGG AND VANILLA. SIFT TOGETHER DRY INGREDIENTS. BLEND INTO CREAMED MIXTURE. SHAPE INTO 1" BALLS AND ROLL IN SUGAR. USE A FORK AND SLIGHTLY FLATTEN THE COOKIES. BAKE AT 375* FOR 10-12 MIN
