1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
1 quart pineapple juice
1 liter Sprite
Green food coloring
Directions:
Directions:
Take ice cream out of the freezer a little before making the punch. Put ice cream in a large bowl. Add all the pineapple juice and Sprite (add a little at a time). Blend with a hand mixer. Punch should be a little thick. When nice and creamy, add serveral drops of green food coloring, you want a nice light green color; gently blend in coloring. Pour into punch bowl.
