1 lb. Ground Beef
1 pkg. Taco Seasoning Mix
2 tbsp. Butter
1 Onion, Chopped
2 tbsp. Garlic, minced
½ c. Green Onion, chopped
1 can Green Chiles, drained
1 can Cream of Onion Soup
1 (16 oz.) can Refried Beans
1 c. Enchilada Sauce
5 (2 inch) Flour Tortillas
2½ c. Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
Garnish with Green Onion and Tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef and taco seasoning, drain well.
In butter, cook; onion, garlic, green onion until tender.
Add Chiles and soup and stir mixture into meat.
Stir together beans and enchilada sauce and mix well. Cook until heated through.
In a round baking dish (or skillet) layer pie by lightly spraying dish:
1 tortilla
Half of meat mixture,
1 tortilla,
Half of bean mixture.
Repeat layers ending with tortilla. Top with cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350º.
Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
Garnish with green onions and tomatoes. (Or pico de gallo)
