Ingredients:  
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 t. salt
2 t. cinnamon
1 t. ginger
1 t. cloves
4 eggs
29 oz. can of pumpkin
2 12 oz. cans evaporated milk

2 deep dish pie shells

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves in a bowl.
In large bowl, beat eggs lightly.
Stir in pumpkin
Add sugar and spice mixture.
Stir in evaporated milk
Pour into pie shells.
Cover pie crust with foil
Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or until center is done
