Balsamic Vinegar
1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes
8 oz mozzarella balls
Cup olive oil
2 Tbs. Pesto
1 clove garlic grated
Ripe avocados

Directions:
Directions:
Combine tomatoes, mozzarella balls, pesto, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper - toss

Arrange avocado halves on plate

Spoon the caprese filling into each avocado half. Drizzle with balsamic glaze. Top with chopped basil
