½ lb. Ground beef
½ teaspoon dry mustard
¼ to ½ teaspoon chili powder
1 small onion, finely chopped
½ medium bell pepper, chopped
1 small can of Rotel tomatoes with green chilies (drained)
1 16oz can of refried beans
1 8oz can of tomato sauce
1 package of taco seasoning mix

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef in large skillet, until brown, then drain.

Stir in mustard, chili powder, onion, bell pepper, Rotel tomatoes, refried beans, tomato sauce, and taco seasoning.

Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.

Spread on ungreased pie plate or serving dish.


Sour Cream Topping

1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons shredded Cheddar cheese
¼ teaspoon chili powder


Spread Sour Cream Topping over ground beef mixture, then sprinkle finely shredded lettuce on top, followed by shredded cheddar cheese and diced black olives.
