1/2 lb. butter (2 sticks)
1/2 lb. cream cheese
2 cups flour
2 tbsp. cream or milk

Fillings
Tubes of raspberry, apricot, cheese can be purchased at any bakery. Also can use Solo brand canned fillings that can be bought in any grocery store. For one recipe 3 cans of filling should do.

My Nut filling
1 lb. ground walnuts
2 unbeaten egg whites
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 cup of sugar

Preheat Oven 350º
1. Mix butter and cream cheese until blended.
2. Add cream/milk, stir gently.
3. Roll all of the dough into a large ball.
4. Chill 3 hours or overnight.
5. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface and cut into squares.
6. Fill the square with desired filling, fold and pinch the dough together in the middle.
7. Bake until light brown (approx 5-7 minutes)
