Fried Rice Recipe

3 tbsp Butter
2 Eggs, whisked
2 Carrots, peeled and diced
1 Small Onion, diced
˝ c Frozen Peas
3 Cloves Garlic, minced
Salt and Pepper, to taste
4 c Cooked and Chilled Rice
3 Green Onions, thinly sliced
3-4 tbsp Soy Sauce, or more to taste
2 tsp Oyster Sauce
˝ tsp Toasted Sesame Oil

Heat ˝ tbsp butter in skillet until melted. Add egg and cook until scrambled. Remove to separate plate.
Add an additional 1 tbsp butter and ad carrots, onion, peas, and garlic. And season with a generous pinch of salt and pepper. Sauté until onion and carrot are soft.
Increase heat and add another 1˝ tbsp butter and immediately add rice, green onions, soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir until combined. Add Eggs and stir to combine.
Add the sea same oil and stir to combine and remove from heat.
