4 slices bacon, diced
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 oz. Velveeta cheese, cut into ˝ inch cubes
2 T. chicken broth

Directions:
In 12 inch skillet on medium heat cook bacon until crisp. Remove bacon and drain on paper towels. Add chicken to skillet drippings and brown on each side about 4 to 5 minutes each side or until done(165°). Meanwhile, combine Velveeta and chicken broth in small saucepan and cook on medium-low heat 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted and sauce is well blended, stirring constantly. Spoon over chicken and sprinkle with bacon. Makes 4 servings.
