2 lbs. Ground Beef (80-20%)
1 29 oz. Bushes Tomato Puree
1 can Kidney Beans
1 med. Onion, diced
1 4 oz Ortega Mild Chilies Diced
1/4 cup Celery, diced
3 medium Tomatoes, chopped
2 tsp Cumin powder
3 Tbs Chili Powder mix
1 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
2 tsp Salt
2 cups Water
2 tsp Chili pepper Flakes

Directions:

Brown ground beef and onions, drain fat. Add all remaining ingredients and simmer 4 - 6 hours.
