BlackBerry Cobbler Recipe

2 pkg. (16 oz) Frozen Blackberries, thawed
c Sugar
3 tbsp Flour
1 c Water
1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Crumb Topping:
1 c Flour
⅔ c Brown Sugar
1 envelope Cinnamon & Spice Instant Oatmeal
1 envelope Maple & Brown Sugar Instant Oatmeal
tsp Salt
c Cold Water

Place berries in a lightly greased baking dish.
Combine sugar and flour; stir in water and lemon juice.
Pour mixture over berries and bake at 425 for 15 minutes.
Let cool for 5 minutes.
For the crumb topping, mix all dry ingredients and cut in butter until a crumbly mixture forms.
Sprinkle over fruit and bake for 25 minutes or until lightly brown.
