1 (8 oz.) box manicotti shells
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 (16 oz.) ctn. Ricotta cheese
1 egg, beaten
1 (10 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil manicotti shells for 8 to 10 minutes. In separate dish, combine all the cheeses, seasonings, and egg; mix well. Stuff the manicotti shells with the cheese mixture. Lay stuffed shells in a greased dish or pan. Pour most of the sauce over the manicotti shells. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, Pour remaining sauce over baked manicotti.
