1 c. milk
1 large egg
1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. salt
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast (about 1 1/2 lb.)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a rimmed baking sheet. In a shallow dish, whisk milk and egg together. In a separate shallow dish, combine potato chips, cheese, basil, and salt. Dip chicken breasts in milk mixture.; dredge in potato chip mixture. Place chicken on prepared baking sheet. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until done. Makes 4 servings.
