½ cup maple syrup
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. grated orange zest
1½ tsp. EACH curry powder and ground coriander
1 tsp. Worchester sauce
2 cloves garlic, finely diced
1 - 2 pork tenderloins

Make the marinade. Place the pork in a plastic container or sealable bag. Cover with marinade and let sit for several hours. Can either be roasted in the oven or on the barbeque and until pork is cooked through.
