1 cups flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
few grains pepper
2 eggs
1 tbsp. melted butter
1 cups creamed corn

Directions:
Directions:
Blend dry ingredients, add beaten eggs and melted butter. Stir in the cream corn and beat with a fork until smooth.
Drop by spoonfuls into preheated oil (375) for 4 to 5 minutes or until brown on both sides If cooking properly, will actually flip themselves when the first side is browned. Serve warm with either gravy or honey.
