Bell Peppers, cleaned and quartered
or
Jalapeno Peppers, cleaned (all seeds removed)
Cream Cheese
Grated cheddar cheese
Bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together cream cheese and grated cheese. (If using bell peppers, but wanting spice, add a bit of cayenne pepper to the mixture).
Spoon cream cheese mixture into the peppers
Wrap each pepper in half to a third of a piece of bacon

Place on parchment paper on a cookie sheet.
Bake at 375F for approximately 20 minutes. or until bacon is a desired crispness.
