Personal Notes:
Before your dad and I were married, we and a group of friends were successful in getting a government grant for a summer job, We called it Beautify Our Community (BOC) and spent the summer doing odd jobs (painting, gardening, etc.) for seniors. One of the seniors we worked for used to serve us real old-fashioned lemonade and I never forgot the taste of it. It's very different from store bought. It does contain a lot of sugar, but it's a nice treat and tastes the way lemonade should.
