7 large eggs
1 cup milk
2 tsp. sugar
4 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese (2 packages)
4 oz. cream cheese cubed
1 16oz. container small curd cottage cheese
2/3 cup butter melted
½ cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a 3-quart casserole dish. Beat eggs, milk, sugar. Add cheeses and melted butter. Beat well. Stir in flour, baking powder. Pour into dish.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes until a knife in the center comes out clean.

This recipe can be made ahead. Cover in fridge. Bake uncovered up to 60 minutes.
