2 C flour
2 C sugar
2 tsp. Baking soda
2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Salt
1½ C veg oil
4 eggs
3 C nuts

Cream cheese frosting
1 8 oz. pack cream cheese
½ C butter
½ tsp. Vanilla
10 oz. confectioner (10x) sugar dash of salt

Cake
Mix dry ingredients, add remaining ingredients one at a time. Bake 45-50 min. @ 350º

Frosting
Beat together until soft and smooth
