2 cups flour

½ teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons cinnamon

2 teaspoons baking powder

2 cups sugar

2 eggs

½ cup oil

1 teaspoon vanilla

4 cups of chopped apples

½ cup raisins

½ cup nuts

TOPPING

1½ cup cold milk

1 package Dream Whip mix

1 package (3oz) instant vanilla pudding

9x13 pan, greased and floured

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º

Sift together flour, salt, cinnamon, and baking powder

Beat together sugar, eggs, oil, and vanilla

Mix apples, raisins, and nuts

Mix sugar and flour mixtures until fluffy.

Stir in apple mixture.

Pour into prepared 9x13 pan

Bake 325º for 1 hour

TOPPING

Beat together milk, Dream Whip packet and vanilla pudding
