2 cups salted butter, cold and cut into pieces
1 cup packed light brown sugar
4 1/2 cups flour, divided
optional sprinkles (not really an ingredient people)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats if you are extra cool. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add 3 1/2 cups flour. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and roll out and cut in desired shapes. Bake 15-20 minutes and then cool.
