1/2 c cocoa
1 c cold water
2 c sugar
1/8 t salt
2 T white syrup
2 t vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cook cocoa and water together over direct heat, stirring until smooth. Stir in sugar, syrup and salt and continue stirring until they are dissolved. Boil for 3 minutes or until of desired thickness. Remove from heat, add flavoring, pour into a pint jar and seal. After each using replace rubber and cover and seal tightly. Keeping it airtight prevents sugaring.

Chocolate Milk Shake:
Allout 1 1/2 T cocoa syrup to a glass of milk, and stir it well. For a delicious hot drink, heat the mixture.
