Candy’s cheesecake Recipe

1¾ C graham crackers crushed
½ C melted butter
¼ C sugar
¼ C chopped nuts
1 tsp.cinnamon

16 oz. cream cheese
½ tsp. Vanilla
2 eggs
½ C sugar
½ C whipping cream

8 oz. sour cream
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 T sugar
½ C whipping cream

Combine first 5 ingredients and press into springform pan
Beat cream, ½ tsp. Vanilla, and eggs well. Add ½ C sugar and ½ C whipping cream. Pour into crust.
Bake 15-20 min. @375º. Let cool 15 min.
Mix last 4 ingredients and pour on top.
Increase oven temperature to 475º and bake for 5 min.
