½ cup black olives
½ cup green olives
2 medium garlic cloves
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 tablespoons softened butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 baguette

Directions:
Directions:
Chop olives coarsely in food processor. Transfer to a medium sized bowl. Process garlic until finely minced. Add cheese, butter, and oil through the feed tube until well mixed and the consistency of paste. fold the butter mixture in with the chopped olives. Mix well. Cut baguette into ½ inch slices. Spead mixture generously onto each slice. Broil until bubbly hot and browned to taste
