1 1/2 cups pumpkin (14 oz can)
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup white sugar
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
2 large eggs
1 cup white milk
1 Pie pastry

Directions:

Line 9" pie plate with rolled pastry.

Mix 1/2 cup packed brown sugar, 1/3 cup white sugar, 3/4 tsp. cinnamon, 1/4 tsp. nutmeg, 1/4 tsp. ginger and 1/2 tsp. salt in large mixing bowl. Stir in 2 eggs. Add pumpkin. Stir until all is well blended. Stir in milk until mixture is smoothly combined.

Pour into the unbaked pie shell. Bake in preheated 450ºF oven for 20 mins. Lower and bake at 350ºF for an additional 25 mins longer.

Let cool and add whipped toppings for serving.
