2 Sticks Blue Bonnet Margarine
1 Cup water
4 Tablespoons coca
2 Cups sugar
2 Cups flour ( self rising )
1 Egg
1 Teaspoon vanilla
1/2 Cup Buttermilk

Icing
1 Stick of Blue Bonnet Margarine
6 Tablespoons of milk ( I use Diet Coke )
1 Box of powdered sugar (sifted)
3 Tablespoons cocoa
1 Teaspoon vanilla
1/2 -1 cup of nuts.

Preheat oven to 350º
In a pot put 2 sticks of margarine until melted. Add 1 cup of water and 4 tablespoons of cocoa. Heat until it comes to a boil.
In a large bowl mix 2 cups of flour with 2 cups of sugar.
In a small bowl mix 1 egg ,1 teaspoon vanilla and 1/2 cup buttermilk. Add this to the flour and sugar mixture. Pour the hot mixture from the stove into the bowl and mix. Pour all mix ingredients into a baking pan. I use a 10x15 size. Cook 20 to 25 minutes. Once cake is in the over start on the icing.

Icing

On the stove melt 1 stick of margarine. Add 3 Tablespoon of cocoa. Mix. Slowly start adding the powered sugar. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla, and start adding the diet coke one tablespoon at a time. Mixing while you add powered sugar and coke. Bring to the start of a boil and add the nuts. Set to the side while cake is baking. Take the cake out of the over and pour icing on top while cake is still hot.
