1⅓ C flour
½ C sugar
1 tsp. Baking powder
½ C butter, softened
1 egg

½ C sugar
½ C butter, softened
1 C ground almonds
½ tsp. Almond extract
2 eggs

3 T raspberry jam
½ C confectioners sugar (10x)
1 T lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together first 5 ingredients. Spread into 9” or 10” springform pan, pushing 1” up the sides. Refrigerate.
Mix next 5 ingredients until blended, then beat on medium for 3 min.
Spread over the refrigerated crust.
Bake 45 minutes @ 350º, then cool for 1 hour.
Spread jam over top, then mix final 2 ingredients and drizzle over jam.
