1⅓ C flour
C sugar
1 tsp. Baking powder
C butter, softened
1 egg

C sugar
C butter, softened
1 C ground almonds
tsp. Almond extract
2 eggs

3 T raspberry jam
C confectioners sugar (10x)
1 T lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together first 5 ingredients. Spread into 9 or 10 springform pan, pushing 1 up the sides. Refrigerate.
Mix next 5 ingredients until blended, then beat on medium for 3 min.
Spread over the refrigerated crust.
Bake 45 minutes @ 350, then cool for 1 hour.
Spread jam over top, then mix final 2 ingredients and drizzle over jam.
