5 medium apples (peeled cored and sliced)
1/2 cup white sugar
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup regular rolled oats
1/3 cup soft butter or margarine
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Directions:

Grease a 9" x 9" pan with butter.

Combine the 5 medium apples and 1/2 cup white sugar. mix and then put in prepared pan.

Combine 2/3 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup regular rolled oats, 1/3 cup of soft butter or margarine, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. cinnamon and 1/4 tsp. nutmeg. Sprinkle mixture over the apple mixture and bake at 375ºF for 30 to 35 mins or until desired crispiness.
