2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple in its own juice, well drained
1 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Crackers or graham crackers
Cut-up fresh fruit

In small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar with electric mixer on medium speed until fluffy. Stir in pineapple, coconut, and pecans. Serve with crackers or fruit. Makes 30 (2 Tbsp.) servings.
