1 -2 Jars of Sauerkraut
Couple of tablespoons of Oil
Pre Fried Bacon or good German Sausage
3 Bay Leafs
1 Tablespoon of Sugar
Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Empty Jars of Sauerkraut into a strainer and rinse with water,

Place some oil in the bottom of baking

Add half the Sauerkraut, bacon or sausage salt, pepper and sugar

Place rest of sauerkraut on top and add a little more oil plus 1/2 cup of water.

Stir

cover and bake in at 350 for 3 hours
