1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion diced
1 tbls. minced garlic
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 egg
2 tbls. milk
1 16 oz. container sour cream
1 tsp. celery seed
1 small can French fried onions
1 can biscuits cut in 1/2

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, onion and garlic together. Spread in the bottom of greased(with butter) casserole dish. top with 1/2 of fried onions crushed. In a sauce pan heat together cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, egg, celery seed and milk. Pour 1/2 of this over the ground beef/fried onions. arrange the biscuits cut side down, sprinkle remaining fried onions and spoon the rest of sour cream mixture over each biscuit.
Bake at 350 for 30 mins or until biscuits are golden brown.
