1/2 c. Grey Poupon Dijon mustard
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 lb. small red skin potatoes, cooked and quartered
1 large tomato, seeded and chopped
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 Tbsp. chopped green onion

Blend mustard, sour cream, and mayo in large bowl. Stir in potatoes, tomato, bacon, and onion; cover. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight before serving.
