1 jar (12oz) marinated artichoke hearts (reserve 4 Tbsp of marinade)
⅓ cup chopped sun dried tomatoes
⅓ cup diced red bell pepper
1 can (4oz) chopped green chilies, drained
1 can (2Ľoz) sliced ripe black olives, drained
1 package (8oz) cream cheese, softened
Ľ cup crumbled feta cheese
Shaved parmesean cheese

Drain artichokes, reserving 4 tbsp of the marinade. Coarsely chop artichokes by hand and place in small non metal bowl. Add sun dried tomatoes, bell peppers, green chilies, olives, and 3 tbsp of the marinade and toss. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
In work bowl of food processor with steel knife blade, combine cream cheese, feta and remaining 1 tbsp marinade; process until smooth. Spread mixture on 10 inch serving plate. Spoon artichoke mixture over cream cheese. Garnish with parmesan. Serve with thinly sliced french or Italian bread.
