1 cup boiled mashed sweet potatoes
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 stick melted butter
4 T self-rising flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
2 small (5-oz) cans of evaporated milk
Allspice or cinnamon to garnish top just before baking
2 prepared pie crusts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, butter, flour, vanilla, lemon flavoring and evaporated milk. Pour into pie shells and sprinkle with either allspice or cinnamon (your choice). Bake for about 1 hour until knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
