1 lb. ground hot sausage
1 10 oz. stick of sharp cheddar cheese
3 cups Bisquick

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Brown sausage and drain. When sausage is cool enough to handle, mix with the grated cheese and Bisquick in a large bowl. Knead until mix can be formed into large marble sized balls. Bake on a cookie sheet for 15 minutes.

Uncooked balls may be frozen on a cookie sheet until firm then transferred to a zip lock bag for use later.
