1/2 cup Miracle Whip or Mayonnaise
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts cubed
2 cups water
1 pkg (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, drained or 2 cups fresh broccoli flowerets
1/2 lb Velveeta cheese (cubed)
2 cups minute rice, uncooked

Directions:

Heat salad dressing in a large skillet. Add chicken. Completely cook chicken, about 8 minutes. Add water broccoli and Velveeta. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes
