1/2 cup butter
1 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 cup flour
4 eggs

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a medium saucepan combine butter, water, salt, and sugar. Bring to a boil and let boil until butter is melted. Add flour and stir until mixture is a ball and remove from heat. Add one egg at a time stirring until egg is incorporated completely. Foil line cookie sheet and spray lightly with oil or use silicone mats. Drop mixture onto sheet. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes and then turn oven down to 350 and bake for about 17 minutes.

1 quart of heavy cream will usually fill 2 batches of these. Each batch makes approx. 24 cream puffs. For each quart of heavy whipping cream I do about 1 cup of powdered sugar and some vanilla. Beat it until it is stiff!
