Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
Tuna, 1 can
1/4 - 1/3 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
1 tsp. minced dried onions
milk to moisten

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and form into patties. Saute in skillet with a little butter or oil until done (they'll be firm and slightly brown.

Serving with ketchup or tartar sauce is good.

This is something we've been making all of our lives. No actual recipe, but above is pretty close. This was a staple on Friday's growing up - Of course, with halushki.
